The SuperFooty Podcast - Finals week 1

THE premiership dream may be over for Richmond and Essendon but the boys haven't forgotten them in this week's SuperFooty podcast.

With Sam Edmund still collecting his luggage at the airport after his Adelaide adventure, Jon Anderson steps into the breach and casts his educated eye over Essendon - and Bomber.

While Ando likes what he sees in the red and black, does he think Mark Thompson will be there to see through the job he started?

The Swans and Hawks advanced to the preliminary final and the boys wondered aloud whether everyone is just playing for second place.

North and Port Adelaide were super impressive at the weekend, earning high praise from the panel. But who has the better chance when they face Geelong and Fremantle this weekend?

There was also plenty of trade talk, with Paddy Ryder, Mitch Clark, Dayne Beams and James Frawley discussed.

And which panel member thinks Heretier Lumumba might just be "too difficult" for an AFL club environment?

All that and more in this week's SuperFooty podcast.
